Humans have used ritual for thousands of years to focus personal power toward accomplishing desired goals. Rituals focus our attention, our intention, through the engagement of all five senses, toward a specific goal. We create what we want in our lives through this intentional focus of our thoughts.
In each age, rituals were designed that spoke to the souls of ritual participants. Today, we may associate “ritual” with religious practices that have little meaning to us. Many of these rituals are vestiges of the Iron Age, a time and a way of thinking beyond which many of us have evolved. We need new rituals that speak to us and help us direct our personal power to create the life we want.
Ritual Evenings at Waves of Change are a time to gather and experience the power of focused intention. During these special evenings we will devise new rituals that have meaning for us, that engage our minds and our hearts in powerful manifestation. When two or more are gathered for one purpose, their power grows exponentially, creating a truly transformative experience for all involved. At each gathering we will address a different topic, ranging from subjects addressed through our Ritual Baskets, to those requested in advance by participants.

Meditation and creative expression meet, during Mandala Evenings, to create a powerful personal experience. Much like walking the labyrinth, coloring mandala’s and meditating on a chosen phrase or “mantra”, (such as “I am beautiful, inside and out”), can bring about powerful personal revelations and shifts. We work silently within a group to color our own mandalas, then we can choose to share out insights and support each other in our personal discoveries. Fun and relaxing, you will love mandala evenings and find them a welcome weekly respite from “the monkey mind”.
OUR FIRST MANDALA MEDITATION EVENING IS SCHEDULED FOR SEPTEMBER 9!
Meet with us from 6 to 8 pm at 850 Third St. in Santa Rosa, CA, for a beautiful, relaxing gathering. You will create or choose a mantra, color mandalas, and hold sacred space. It will be a truly revelatory and transformative evening. For more information, call Stacey Leigh 707-474-2508, or Marjorie Fazuzzi 707-206-1477.
